Google Analytics

This is my first official blog posting.  I learned about Google analytics while writing this blog.
1.     16 different people visited my blog overall.  They did not spend much time reading my blog this means they glance at it after opening the link and then closed it.  The bounce rate of my blog is 72%.  This is a very high bounce rate as it is evident my blog was not very popular  or interesting in comparison to others.

6. My most popular blog posting is my blogging page overall.  I used the Google analytics content page to see how many people visited my blog. 6 seconds was the average time spent on my page by people viewing my blog.  The blog has 27 page views and 16 unique views.  I received the most amount of views for this page, because it was my main page and this was the link I sent to everyone that viewed my page.

7. My least popular blog postings are all of my blogs including my blog postings.  These 3 blogs include my short term career goals, medium term career goals and long term career goals.  The only views to these blogs were mine, and there was no time spent reading the blog.  There were also no unique visitors therefore there is not statistics for these pages in Google analytics.

I look forward to continuing my blogging experience and using Google analytics throughout the rest of the semester in this Digital Marketing course.
